Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Pinnacle Leasing Enterprises ("Company," "we," or "us"). By applying for or using our vehicle programs, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and meet our eligibility criteria to participate in our vehicle programs.

Vehicle Programs

Our flexible vehicle programs allow qualified applicants to drive a vehicle subject to recurring payment obligations as outlined in your individual agreement. Program terms, payment schedules, and acquisition options (if any) are specified in your signed contract.

Payment Obligations

You agree to make all payments as specified in your agreement. Late or missed payments may result in additional fees, suspension of services, or termination of your agreement.

Vehicle Use

You are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition, carrying required insurance, and using the vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws during your program term.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the terms specified in your signed contract. Early termination may result in fees as outlined in your agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Leasing Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
